Who Can Refer?

Anyone can make a referral to Ardenwell Care, including:

The individual themselves, or a family member
Social workers and local authority care teams
GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Hospital discharge teams
Other support organisations and charities

What Happens Next?

Once we receive a referral, we'll contact you within 2 working days to discuss needs and arrange an assessment visit. There's no obligation at this stage — it's a chance to talk through whether our support is the right fit.
